The masterpieces of painters Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Giorgione … will be coded for auction as a result of the NFT marketplace on the Binance platform in August 2021.

On July 27, Binance’s NFT platform announced it was partnering with the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg to release encrypted collections. These are NFTs that depict functions of artwork by renowned artists, which includes Leonardo da Vinci and Vincent van Gogh.
As unveiled by Binance, this NFT assortment will be launched at the finish of August 2021. All Binance customers can participate in the auction by means of the NFT platform, a characteristic launched by Binance on June 24th. The approaching auction is anticipated to release constrained edition NFTs of functions this kind of as:
- “Madonna Litta” by Leonardo Da Vinci
- “Lilac bush” by Vincent van Gogh
- “Corner of the garden in Montgeron” by Claude Monet
- “Giuditta” by Giorgione
Two NFT copies will be created for every single masterpiece, a single of which will be auctioned by means of the Binance NFT marketplace. And the rest will be stored in the museum. Each copy of the NFT will be signed and dated by the director of the Hermitage Museum Mikhail Piotrovsky.

All proceeds from the sale will go to the State Hermitage Museum. The encrypted copies will also be on show at the Hermitage’s approaching NFT artwork exhibition, which will now be held at the museum this fall.
