A trial model of the e-CNY app, China’s official digital wallet, has been launched on the iOS and Android app shops in the nation of billions of men and women.
Chinese men and women can now download this app and encounter attributes like “open wallet and manage personal wallet” and “e-CNY trading service”.
However, the wallet app can only be applied in eleven areas, which include: Tianjin, Suzhou, Xinjiang Xiong’an, Chengdu, Shanghai, Hainan, Trường Sa, Xi’an, Qingdao, Dalian and the venue of the Winter Olympics.
The e-CNY app is now readily available in the iOS and Android app shops.

The developer of the e-CNY application is the People’s Bank of China’s Digital Currency Research Institute.
As reported by Coinlive, e-CNY is the title of the Chinese digital yuan, which has been examined by the Beijing government in lots of areas. According to the Digital Currency Research Institute, in early November, e-CNY was applied by 140 million men and women, with a operating worth of more than $ 97 billion.
