The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has announced the appointment of a new director for the agency’s blockchain and cryptocurrency assortment division.

On February 17, the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), underneath the path of the United States Department of Justice, announced the launch of the National Cryptocurrency Task Force (NCET) to investigate cryptocurrency-associated criminal pursuits.
