OM, the core token of the layer-1 blockchain MANTRA, is at the top of the list of high-performing altcoins in 2024. This year, MANTRA price has increased by 9,445%. This huge price increase could be related to increased demand for coins related to the concept of Real Assets (RWA), in which MANTRA is located.
For many, RWA has the potential to unlock wealth for global investors. For this reason, MANTRA has entered into many collaborations, thereby increasing the demand for OM. At the beginning of the year, the OM price was around 0.040 USD.

When the index reading is positive, momentum is bullish. But because it is negative, the momentum around MOG is bearish. If maintained, the value of Meme Coin could drop to 0.0000016 USD. However, if buying pressure increases, the prediction may be invalidated in the short term.
Popcat (POPCAT)
Another Meme Coin in the list of top performing coins of 2024 is POPCAT. As the name suggests, POPCAT is a cat-themed Meme Coin. But unlike MOG, it is developed on Solana.
This year, POPCAT’s price has increased by 3,169%. However, prices were initially higher due to a particular surge in the second quarter of the year.
However, a significant sell-off forced the price of Meme Coin down to $0.73.
At a price of 0.73 USD, POPCAT is down 64% from its peak of 2.05 USD. On the daily chart, the token appears to be approaching the oversold zone. This is because the Relative Strength Index (RSI), which measures momentum, is falling to 32.20.
For context, a Cryptocurrency becomes overbought when the RSI reaches 70.00 or higher. It is oversold when it slips below 30.00. Therefore, it seems that Meme Coin on Solana is nearing the end of its correction.
If confirmed, the coin’s value could bounce to $1.28 as long as there is buying pressure. Over the next year, the value of Meme Coin could be higher if demand continues to increase. However, if the broader market falls into a bearish cycle, this may not materialize.
Aerodrome Finance (AERO)
AERO, the governance token of Aerodrome Finance, an Automated Market Maker (AMM) and Decentralized Exchange (DEX), has emerged as one of the top performing Cryptocurrencies of 2024.
Building on the Base network, AERO has attracted major attention thanks to the widespread adoption of Coinbase’s Layer-2 solution.
Furthermore, the coin’s rise has been boosted by an important development—Binance has listed AERO on its permanent market. The listing has boosted liquidity and access, contributing to a massive 1,981% price increase this year.
Currently, the price of AERO is $1.47, with the daily chart showing significant support at around $1.05. However, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator has dropped into negative territory.
This shows bearish momentum around the Token. If momentum continues to decline, AERO’s price could drop to $1.07 in the short term. Failure to defend the $1.05 support could worsen the situation, as the price could slide to $0.89.
Conversely, if the bulls defend the support at $1.05, the trend could change. In that respect, the altcoin could rise up to $3.
AIOZ Network (AIOZ)
AIOZ ranks 5th on the list of top-performing coins in 2024. Since the beginning of the year, AIOZ’s price has increased by 624.40%. This price increase may be related to the project’s fundamental basis around Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN).

Despite being one of the top performing cryptocurrencies of the year, the daily chart shows that AIOZ has fallen below the blue 20-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and nearly slipped below the 50-period EMA (yellow). .
If the altcoin price falls below the 50 EMA, AIOZ could suffer a prolonged correction to $0.58. On the other hand, an increase on these indicators could invalidate this theory, and the price could increase up to 2 USD.
