A US judge accepted Ripple’s request to acquire entry to paperwork from Binance in its pending lawsuit towards the SEC.
Through his legal workforce, Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple, filed in the Southern District of New York on August two, requesting paperwork from Binance Holdings Limited relating to the ongoing lawsuit towards the SEC.
A handful of days immediately after requesting entry to the “international evidence” of Binance paperwork, United States District Court Judge Sarah Netburn accepted Ripple’s request. The paperwork will shed light on the company’s XRP income created on the exchange.
