According to the ruling issued on October three (US time), the judge presiding in excess of the hearing of the situation concerning the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Ripple firm, which accused XRP of remaining securities, rejected the SEC’s appeal of the preceding ruling ruling.
