Designed to mine “virtual” revenue, the Ukrainian mining farm “plowed” FIFA’s Ultimate card

A current bankruptcy of an underground mine in Ukraine turned out not to be utilized for cryptocurrency, as at first reported. Instead, the farm is mining FIFA Ultimate Team cards.

Ukrainian officials shut down a mining farm with a PlayStation four (PS4) considering it was mining cryptocurrency, but was in fact mining the Ultimate Card in FIFA for sale on the black market place. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has issued a discover claiming that it has closed the farm containing three,800 PS4s. The farm was developed by the residents of Kiev and Vinnytsia.

The Ukrainian marketing company Delo has launched an investigation into the matter following questioning the likelihood of working with the farm for the extraction of cryptocurrencies. Farm pictures launched by SSU obviously demonstrate the PS4 stands, as properly as the FIFA game disc. The SBU did not comment to keep the secrecy of the investigation.

Cryptocurrency mining necessitates a unique set of hardware to optimally mine the asset. The PS4 is absolutely not the correct gadget and it is clear why Delo suspects the farm is getting utilized for mining.
