The city of Jackson, in the US state of Tennessee, continues to investigate the new possible of cryptocurrencies as it seeks to accept Bitcoin (BTC) for home tax payments.
Jackson Mayor Scott Conger announced on July sixteen that the city’s blockchain undertaking force has launched a review on possible approaches for accepting Bitcoin home tax payments in the city.

The hottest move comes as an update to the City of Jackson’s crypto-connected programs, which have been announced by Conger in April of this 12 months. Jackson has been actively searching for options to spend city workers in cryptocurrency, adopt Bitcoin mining operations, and invest immediately in BTC.
