Đính chính: SEC Thái Lan cấm sử dụng BCH, ETC và LTC trong đầu tư ICO và giao dịch tiền điện tử

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) has recently issued a number of new regulations for cryptocurrencies.

In the recent set of regulations on “Rules, conditions and procedures for conducting digital asset business” of the Thai SEC, this agency prohibits cryptocurrency exchanges from trading meme coins, tokens created by people, etc. self-created fans, NFTs and self-issued exchange tokens.

“Thai crypto exchanges have 30 days to update these new regulations,” the Thai SEC said.

According to the Thai SEC, coin meme has no clear platform or product, is created with no purpose, and the price is often manipulated and controlled by a few people.

The regulator warns investors against buying celebrity tokens or works in the form of NFTs.

At the same time, the Thai SEC said that “there will be fines for individuals or organizations that violate”.
