What is Big Time?
Big Time is a third-person multiplayer action role-playing game, developed on the Ethereum blockchain platform and completely free to play. This game combines fantasy action combat and adventure elements in an open world with a compelling storyline, promising to give players a unique experience.
In Big Time, players will transform into warriors who will travel through space and time to explore ancient mysteries and future civilizations, and will also be tasked with fighting against dark forces. Character system and pocket watches
Big Time has 6 character classes with different abilities and playstyles for players to choose from, including:
- Time Warrior: Close combat with high damage.
- Chronomancer: Long range attack, use magic.
- Shadow Blade: Close combat, stealth and speed.
- Quantum Fixer: Heal and support.
- Warrior: Deal melee damage, use elements to defeat enemies enemy.
- TechBlade: Able to deal long and short range damage and heal allies when necessary.
The character’s clothing and armor are inspired by various historical periods, and players can customize the character to their liking.
At the start of the game, players will not be able to change their character’s class until they have collected a pocket watch after defeating enemies. Pocket Watch is a tool that helps players save their character’s progress. Each type of pocket watch will represent a character class. By destroying enemies, players will have the chance to collect pocket watches of varying rarities, allowing them to switch between their preferred character classes or join their current team.
Weapon system
Weapons in Big Time include 6 types, including:
- Ax: It has high single target damage, suitable for 1v1 solo battles.
- Hammer: Has great damage, can be used with swords to increase defense.
- Double Swords: Flexible, can attack multiple targets.
- Great Sword: Has high resistance, can pave the way for the destruction of enemies.
- Spade: Often used with a shield, suitable for battles requiring high tactics.
- Staff: A weapon exclusive to Chronomancer, allowing him to deal damage to multiple targets at a distance.
Each weapon will have its own unique combo system to help players fully utilize that weapon’s power. Furthermore, each weapon used in the various time travels has attributes that can complement the characters the player is using.
Armor system
The armor has various stats and bonuses when equipped. Players can collect armor when fighting or trading with other players. Higher rarity armor will provide higher stat bonuses and perhaps even a unique perk. The armor includes 5 types including: helmet, shoulder armor, chest armor, gauntlets and leg armor.

Defeating small monsters helps players receive items and token rewards. But to get high-value NFT rewards, players must defeat the final bosses in each mission and complete adventures. Big Time currently has 4 bosses with their own characteristics:
- The ruin: Dangerous machines with exceptional intelligence, often operating in groups.
- The subordinates: A cunning traveler with the appearance of a cross between a cat and a toad, who often hides in mysterious caves.
- The Guardian XL: A fighting machine capable of withstanding direct hits.

NFTs in games
Space NFT
Space NFT has a fixed supply of 600,000 NFTs, which players can collect in-game or trade from the Big Time Marketplace. Space serves the same function as Land in Decentraland and The Sandbox. The space is not in a fixed location, cannot be shared, and is linked to the player’s account in Big Time.
There are 5 rarity levels including: Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Exalted and 3 sizes including: Small, Medium and Large. Slots with higher rarity and size will provide more slots, helping to increase capacity and production speed to create quality items.
Cosmetic NFTs
These are NFTs used to change the appearance of in-game characters’ weapons and armor and include unique lights and sound effects. All of these effects do not affect the character’s strength statistics in the game. Users can collect cosmetic NFTs by battling, crafting, or purchasing from others on the market.
Utility NFTs
Players can unlock in-game utility NFTs as they progress through the Big Time adventure. These NFTs can be used as materials for other activities to improve the strengths of characters in the game.

Big Time is built and developed by Big Time Studio, made up of 25 gaming industry veterans from companies such as Epic Games, Blizzard, EA, and Zynga. Some of their previous popular products include Decentraland, Fortnite, God of War, Call of Duty, and Overwatch. Some notable members of Big Time Studio are:
