UK police seize $250 million in cryptocurrency in cross-border money laundering investigation

In a July 13 announcement, the United Kingdom’s Metropolitan Police mentioned it has seized virtually 180 million lbs (about $250 million) in cryptocurrency in a cross-border revenue laundering investigation.
